Position 1:

Gather, analyze and document business and functional requirements; Involve in business process modeling; Conduct work simplifications and data flow analysis; Review data gathered and develop solutions or alternative methods of proceeding; Design, evaluate, recommend, and approve changes of forms and reports; Prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. Knowledge of Sustainable Enterprises, Logistics Management, Project Management, and Operations Management is required.

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management or International Marketing, with 12 months experience in Related Occupation is required.

Position 2:

Gather and analyze business requirement with the user story, activity diagram, and workflow chart with respect to HIPAA; Analyze and identify Protected Health Information (PIH) data from various databases; Design and execute complex SQL queries to extract Medicare and Medicaid data from multiple databases; Liaison with users and development team to determine and deliver effective solution for building CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) Universe master data dictionary and rules engine; Generate and validate weekly reports for CMS Universes.

Master’s degree in Business Administration or Public Health, Certifications in Health Informatics on FHIR and Tableau Training for Data Science plus 12 months of experience in Related Occupation is required.

RPA Developer

Seeking a RPA Developer professional with excellent technical and interpersonal skills Successful candidates will need to develop and support a wide range of core business applications, as well as demonstrate the ability to execute several assignments concurrently.

Key Responsibilities:

Liaison between business and IT teams to achieve results using RPA.
Analyzing gaps between AS-IS and TO-BE processes and provided RPA solutions.
Working with clients to recognize opportunities to improve business processes using RPA.
Working with the business for the Initial process analysis and feasibility of the process.
Performing requirement analysis by gathering both functional and non-functional requirements based on interactions with process owners, stake holders, and designing, Coding, Testing, Debugging.
Involved in End to End development of Business Process using Robotic Process Automation Platform (Automation Anywhere) by creating tasks using task recorder and task editors.
Configuring new automation and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
Participating in scrum calls on daily status and enhancements.
Involved in the centralized infrastructure for maintaining several robots across the organization.
Conducting Unit Testing and System testing. Facilitating Integration and User Acceptance Testing.
Extensively working on debugging application for fixing bugs and Production support.

Qualification:

Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field.
